Fran Kipling, born on October 16, 1931, in Cairo, Georgia, passed away on December 7, 2024, in Clearwater, Florida. Fran lived a life filled with love for her family, an unwavering commitment to her career, and a deep appreciation for her Jewish faith.
Fran dedicated over 30 years of her life to education, primarily teaching second grade, where she inspired countless young minds. Her zest for life was evident in her work at the family clothing store, particularly during the bustling holiday season, where memories were made and cherished.
With a heart of gold, Fran was known for her family-oriented spirit and driven nature. Her playful side shone through in her hobbies, especially when playing mahjong and bridge, activities that brought joy and connection to her friends and family.
She is survived by her beloved sons, Bruce Kipling (Marci) and Scott Kipling (Brenda). Fran's legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Dagen, Dalanie, Joshua, and Alexander. She also leaves behind a treasured niece, Debra Richards, great niece Emily Richards and a great nephew, Adam Richards.
Fran Kipling’s life was a testament to her values of family, kindness, and faith. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
