He is survived by his beloved mother, Marnel Plutchok, and his step-father, Hal Borodiansky. His siblings include brother Steven Plutchok and sister-in-law Erica, alongside step-nephews Dylan Baumgartner and Jonathan Borodiansky. He also leaves behind his uncle Ross Robins, aunt Rhonda Robins, aunt Roni Robins, and cherished cousin Arianna Robins.

Adam's influence extends even further, as he was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Murray Plutchok. The love and legacy he leaves behind reflect not only his remarkable spirit but also the countless lives he touched with his kindness.

A burial service will be held on April 27, 2025, at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Largo, Florida, beginning at 1:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate the life of a man who was, without a doubt, always there for his family and community.
